Find My Wood
Our website shows only part of the Exotica Woods inventory. If you cannot find the species, color, figure, dimensions, quantity, or density range your project needs, send us the details and we will search the unlisted workshop stock.

What happens next
We search our physical inventory for suitable material. When something appropriate is available, we can photograph the actual wood, measure it, provide weight or other details, and create a dedicated listing when needed.
If you are already looking at a listed piece and want another photo, a video, weight, measurement, or a closer look at a feature or defect, ask us. We prefer giving you the information you need before you buy.
Evidence first
When a species is confirmed, we name it. When identification is uncertain, we describe the piece honestly instead of presenting an unconfirmed species as certain. Natural characteristics such as spalting, knots, mineral streaks, checks, reused nail holes, color variation, and other features are shown or described when relevant.
Exact-piece listings
For one-of-a-kind or exact-piece listings, the wood shown is the wood you receive.
Recovered wood, second life
Part of our inventory comes from recovered or reused hardwood that has already been cut and put into circulation. Giving usable material another life helps keep valuable wood out of the waste stream and puts it back into the hands of makers.
